Welcome to the 2008 SEOY competition!

The Student Entrepreneur of the Year Competition was founded at Brigham Young University in 1992 as a means to reward degree seeking students who are currently running a business. Winners of the competition from past years include Jonathan Coon of 1-800 Contacts, Dave Bateman of Property Solutions, LLC., Tyler of Tiberius Arms, and our most current winners Ethan Heintzelman, of Elite Express, and Bo Porter of Fox Web sites.

Our motive is to encourage the growth of entrepreneurial ventures not only in the local community, but throughout the world. Innovative and revolutionary business design is often founded by brave young entrepreneurs, and their influence can change the world!
